NEW TEAM MEMBERS
Shannon DeNatale Boyd specializes in civil litigation from pre-litigation consultation to resolution, including discovery, law and motion, mediation, arbitration and trial preparation, and writs and appeals.
Stacie D. Nyborg focuses on estate planning, counseling corporate clients and startups, asset transfers, formation of business entities, contract law and dispute resolution, as well as real estate transactional matters.
Olivia K. Marr represents developers, land owners, investors and municipal governments in all aspects of real estate, land use and entitlements matters, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Subdivision Map Act, Planning and Zoning Law compliance, development agreements, due diligence review, and transactional issues.
