Trevor Large is the managing partner for Fauver, Large, Archbald & Spray LLP, practicing in all aspects of business, employment, hospitality, employer benefits, public entity, energy and environmental law. He has represented Fortune 500 companies in employment discrimination claims, acted as advisor to clients on intricacies of implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and litigated and federal and state court claims against energy companies. Large is a board member for Hospitality Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara Maritime Museum, and UCLA alumni Association Santa Barbara chapter. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UCLA and his law degree from Pepperdine University.
Michael Fauver is a founding partner of Fauver, Large, Archbald & Spray LLP specializing in all aspects of business, corporate and employment law. He has worked closely with new businesses, advising them on all phases of start up, corporate financing and employment matters. His litigation background allows him to strategize with clients and negotiate for them and all phases of representation. Fauver is one of the firm’s lead attorneys when handling legal matters for all beverage clients, specifically craft breweries, retailers and restaurants. He has served as general counsel to many California businesses and their boards. He was a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and received his law degree from the USC Gould School of Law.
Marcus Kocmur is a partner with Fauver, Large, Archbald & Spray LLP. He focuses on land-use and real estate as well as business law, advising clients and real estate and business matters. His practice consists of both litigation and transactional business law, giving him a well-rounded ability to provide clients with sound advice to help him protect their interests and achieve their goals. His clients include commercial real estate investors, energy companies, service professionals, commercial leaders, hotels, and wineries. In June Kocmur was named chair of the Channel Islands YMCA Board of Directors for the 2021 to 2023 term.
